PC Authority (Jan-2010) released customer survey for 2009
Pioneer Computers and its DreamCare Division awarded 5 Star in Support and Service, 2nd best after Apple in top 12 Brands, well ahead of Acer, HP, Sony(all only with two star).
Pioneer Computers also is ranking 4th in top 12 Brands with 4 Star in Overall, Battery Life, Value for Money.
