Ablecom, Nov. 27, 2008—IPC business unit, the leading provider of server systems, has successfully developed ABPCI-4601 embedded system, it is covering a wide range of industrial and automotive, advertisement applications, this is a powerful and economic solution for an active PCI-CAN board with one or 3 channels. “ABPCI-4601 is specifically targeting Industrial control operators,” commented by vice president of R&D unit Yang Cheng, “More and more as many needs targeted POS and Advertisement operations from 2009 to 2010.” Yang concluded. “That’s why we made the decision to develop the entire Embedded & Industrial SBC (Single Board Computers) product line to a friendly and rigorous security base.” ABPCI-4601 based systems are used in a variety places including factories, laboratories, processing plants, vehicles, and almost anywhere devices must be controlled by a programmable computer. ABPCI-4601 systems are small and usually have low power requirements so it’s great for applications. Additionally, Ablecom ABPCI-4601 is designed to be more rugged than desktop systems. Building a system using ABPCI-4601 usually costs less than a rackmounted server system. Almost anything you can think of is available as a ABPCI-4601. This includes common functions like CPUs, Serial I/O ports, and Video Controllers (option); but also rich modules like vehicle power supplies, GPS, wireless communications POS, gaming module. It can be attached as a component of a larger circuit board, or simply put in a small enclosure for stand-alone operation. Ablecom ABPC1-4601 form factor was developed by Ablecom.
